“Perfect stay for an early morning flight. Breakfast was good.
Not so impressed about paying xtra for carpark when there wasn’t actually a guest carpark available for us and had to park in a staff carpark. ”
“I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Check-in was smooth, and the room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.
The location was perfect – close to major attractions and public transport, yet peaceful and quiet at night. I particularly appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which offered a great variety and was always fresh.

“The customer service from the owner/manager was excellent. I had a couple of “problems”, which were acknowledged and solved in short order. Thank you!”
“The Pullman is extremely convenient to the airports. The wine and food is excellent. The executive room extends your suite with a spacious space to share with guests or watch the planes. Only burden is the $40 parking fee for overnight. However if you are dining at the hotel you have 3 hours free parking.”
“Great location easy to access town. On site restaurant and pub. Adjacent to Coles so parking can be busy. Comfortable rooms. Level 1 hallways felt like the carpet had been laid over an unfinished floor very lumpy”

The price in the restaurant for the breakfast are very high and the quality and service of the food were poor.
Few staff of the hotel looks welcoming but are not very friendly and helping with attention of the Customer needs.
The cleaning in the room is just acceptable and needs to be reminded for vacuum the floor.
