The check in process is the only reason that I rated this lower than Excellent because it was difficult to access app initially and I received no instructions until paperwork was satisfied which involved sending photos of selfies with ID's as well as CC selfie and this was not clear in booking which felt a bit off as I had never had to do this in past travels and bookings.”

“The stay was pleasant & comfortable. We were family of 5 (2 adults, 3 teens) traveling from abroad. Items that were VERY appreciated:- Communication: Owners are very quick to reply & THOROUGH! Directions provided prior to arrival are so organized & detailed!- Location: 4-5 minutes walk from Toowong Village was VERY convenient; Coles & Woolies markets there so we stocked up fridge to cook own meals.
