“We get an annual car service in Maroochydore, coming down the night before to be first off the blocks as we have a 2.5 hour drive back afterwards. We have stayed at Nightcap at Northern Grounds previously and again on Monday evening. We found the renovated rooms very comfortable, clean, well stocked with tea and coffee making provisions. “We had to change from a better room and downgraded ourselves to a smaller room as the previous was in a horrible condition. Hotel staff was happy to change us but did not refund for any downgrade. Can i please request for a refund of the downgrad”

“It was a wonderful experience at Maleny Terrace Cottages. Sarah was so friendly and helpful when we thought we would be checking in after hours. We ended up making it in before the office was closed and she helped us figure out which restaurants were open close by. The Thai restaurant that is just 2 driveways away was actually fantastic!
