“The Overlook Cottage was an AMAZING vacation stay, with stunning views from both decks - which TRULY ROCKED because when the sun was beating down on one, i went to the other which was in the shade, and vice versa!!! Gary was extremely kind and communicative! Neighbors who live around the compound permanently were SO WONDERFUL ‼‼ I could live there permanently with these people who were TRUE Jersey Shore gems‼‼‼i have ALWAYS LOVED the Highlands, and being RIGHT ON THE WATER in this family owned...

“This is a great place for two people for a short stay in Asbury Park. Super cute, super clean, sweet comfort offerings (ie slippers, robes, etc). Owners very kind and helpful. Highly recommend. ”

When we booked the location looked further away from the beach online but in person was only one block away! Close location to everything and a fast uber at night to the boardwalk. “The house and hosts are top notch! Perfect beach house with everything you need, including beach tags, beach wagon, outdoor shower, beach umbrella and two beach cruiser bicycles. The kitchen is well stocked and very clean. Hosts Gail and Don are very nice and friendly. The house itself has a beautiful private backyard with lovely trees, plants and flowers. It includes a new grill and chiminea, which we did not use. The location so close to Island Beach State Park was a mean draw. You can...

“Very pleased with these accomodations! Super clean with a great location. I was a little concerned about being the back unit of an attached/shared property; however, the other guests were lovely and respectful. The host was quick to respond with any questions. “Four senior men (in our sixties) men spent 4 nights We were on a group tennis trip and played tennis 3 strait days. House was very comfortable and clean Can only park two cars which was fine for us. Very easy to get to the SeaBright/Rumson area as well as highlands. Restaurants were close. Very easy to communicate with the owners. ”

“Property was clean, 1 block from beach, and off street parking (although tight but appreciated!). We were supplied beach badges, bedding and a few towels. Enclosed yard with picnic tables, outdoor shower and grill. LOVED our stay and will be back next year!”
