“The property was nice overall. Clean, and modern looking. Hot Tub was unavailable the first day I tried to use it, but was fixed later. I was put in a Hearing assist room for whatever reason I'm not sure. There were flashing lights all night long which made it hard for me to sleep. My biggest problem was at check in. “The room was very clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our family of four. The beds were comfortable, and the room provided plenty of space for luggage and moving around without feeling cramped. The bathroom was a standard size for a Holiday Inn Express and was well-stocked with essential amenities, including towels, a hair dryer, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner. “Breakfast was good. The plates should be a harder paper. No protein at breakfast with the exception of the eggs and gravy. We like this properties location. Rooms are good size.”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt House in Provo, Utah. It was very clean and the pool was very warm. They had fresh made-to-order omelets for breakfast . They also had fresh fruit and many different flavored creamers for the coffee. The room was immaculate and we had a great view of the mountains. We would return to this hotel again.”

“Never had went to a hotel to check in and no rooms were showing available. The front desk tried her best looking to see if the rooms were available by going to different ones to check them. She only checked if occupied but not if cleaned. She gave me one but the room was not cleaned at all. Went back to her and she again checked for other rooms, finally found one. There were 3 other guests with same issues. Other then that, hotel stay was good and breakfast was helpful and appreciated. Good...
