“Very clean and spacious rooms. Felt and smelled new. The outlets were faulty. Our iron and curling iron would stop working after a few minutes of use. The rooms are not stocked with items like hair dryers and irons. You have to check them out at the front desk. They were out of ironing boards when I needed one. They also don’t have staff operating the front desk late in the evening - so if you forgot your card or needed any help - you would need to wait.”

I’ve used it once before and had trouble using it then and this time they did as well and were not helpful or considerate. They still ended up charging my card and said it was too late to fix.
