“Is bad place, the front desk employee is no courtesy, in the rooms you finder hair, little pieces garbage, sama in the aisles, my last stay the blanket have a blood, the employee only say: I don’t have more ; do you not liked let’s go. That no place for family.”

“First room door would not shut properly so it couldn’t lock and toilet wouldn’t flush. Moved to different room to find a massive wand of curly black hair in the shower.”

“The staff are very friendly people. The hotel was recently updated. The cleaning service was not super consistent and we ran out of things multiple times. The breakfast also was understaffed and ran out of key items multiple times. Other than that, the location is great for proximity to BYU and the beds are pretty comfortable. They also enjoyed the walking trail behind the hotel.”

“We like staying here, convenient to Orem and Provo. We are older but they put us in a handicap room which we didn't need and did not request. An emergency light went off in the middle of the night. The shower was different and not real practical for us. the cleaning staff did a very good job. Overall the stay was very good, just did not appreciate the being put in a special room we did not want nor need.”

“This is the place to stay near BYU in Provo. It is clean, modern and efficient. Breakfast is fantastic, and it's within easy drive or long walk to campus. Highly recommend!”

“The temperature in the room was to warm and the aircondioner did not kick on at all. It would be a good idea to provide at least 2 towels per person. The bath matt was wet when i enrolled it. Assuming it hadn't been a fresh one. We went out to get a bite for breakfast and was sadly greeted by a non working coffee pot and only yogurt and Hostess donuts. Don't advertise as a bed and breakfast of there is no breakfast. It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. ”

“So, I really only stayed here because someone gave me a Marriott gift card and it had quite a bit on it that would be good for a few nights or more. I’ve used it once before and had trouble using it then and this time they did as well and were not helpful or considerate. They still ended up charging my card and said it was too late to fix. I would have stayed somewhere cheaper if I didn’t have this gift card. This was the cheapest Marriott in the area for the time I was there. It was clean,...

“Room was clean and spacious, but it had a bad smell. There weren't any toiletries and only two towels. Everything was adequate but we wished there was a comfortable place to sit, a hairdryer would have been nice as well as pen and paper.”

“I've stayed here many times on my way to Three forks It's a beautiful hotel and a great location with plenty of amenities around. Property itself is clean while taking care of and managed The only advice I would have for them is the smell that comes out either from I think them not cleaning the AC filters and the rooms or the carpet. I believe that carpet should not even be in hotel rooms honestly there's too much traffic there..”

“Breakfast was 👎. Noise was 👎. Room was not sealed and was dirty. The door has been kicked in so it wouldn't latch to lock, or open from the hallway. Dirty carpet and walls. The mattress on the fold out sofa was absolutely disgusting. Stained, dirty, brown and yellow, and stunk. Looks like it's never been cleaned since the 60s. It was mortifying. Do not stay in room 234.”
