“The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. We were very surprised not to find the microwave in the room. We were told that some rooms do have it and some don't. And that we should requests it when making the reservation. I wish it was more clear. They have the microwave you can use in the lobby though. The person at the front desk was VERY nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good too.”

“Stayed at Hyatt House Pleasant Grove while visiting family and loved it! The staff was super friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the mountain views were beautiful. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the location was perfect, close to everything but nice and quiet. Definitely staying here again next time I’m in town!”

“We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. You do have to remove your shoes upon entering the house which can be inconvenient. We didn’t utilize the shared kitchen. The rooms have locks within the house for your privacy. ”
