“Everything was great. Accept the parking accommodations for larger vehicles/with trailers is non existent and the privacy curtains are a joke. I had curtains inside the room, but they didn't actually cover the windows,They were purely decorative, and the sheer curtains that do cover the windows are not as opaque as people think.”

“Non c'e l'ascensore! Televisore non funzionante, la ragazza al check in se ne e' fregata malgrado la NS richiesta di supporto. Era seccata quando le abbiamo chiesto una camera al piano terra, senza ascensore era impossibile portare i bagagli al primo piano. Vasca piena di capelli. Finestra rotta da cui entrava il rumore della strada molto trafficata. Tende oscuranti non c'erano. Terribile. L'unica persona che lavora veramente e' il signore addetto alle colazioni, bravo e gentile. Il personale...

“We enjoy staying here! The resort does show some age. Our mattress caved in a bit in the middle, sheets are not soft, one of the onsite restaurants is closed, and the other is ok, but not the best food we've had. The onsite bakery is tasty! Staff is always friendly!”

“We have used this hotel for 20 years. It has declined significantly. No soap or lotion in the shower dispensers, toilet way too low, shower floor was spongy, water controls in the shower were complicated and difficult. This is difficult location to reach off of University Pkway. ”
