“When we checked in dirty rags were left in the room. In the morning there was no hot water to take a shower. When I called front desk the employee told me they are working on it and that management was on the way to the hotel. Fast forward an hour later, still no hot water. So I spoke to the front desk employee to get a partial refund and cancel my next night, she seemed like she was very bothered with that question.”

“The breakfast and the room were fine, but the cleaning staff left us with completely empty shampoo and body wash dispensers in the shower, and even the hand soap for the sink was completely empty when we got there. Not even a plain bar of soap could be found. It was late when we got there, and we were so tired from traveling all day that we went right to bed. “The room smelled horrible and was very unclean. The room was not at all what was advertised nor did we know the elevator was broken and we would have to climb 4 flights of stairs. Ended up leaving because we were so uncomfortable with the room. ”

“Property needs major renovations, room was in very ruff condition. Stained and torn carpet, cracked sink and tile work. Curtains looked like they hadn't been pulled down and cleaned in a decade. Breakfast was decent, but overall would not stay here again.”
