New Spacious Warren Dunes Beach & Winery Retreat w/Hot Tub & Pool Table

Very spacious retreat for extended families and large groups! Located within a few miles of the local beaches, wine trails and craft breweries, there's definitely something to please everyone in your group. A portion of the backyard is fenced in and safe for kiddos to play games, or even set up your own slip and slide. There's also a splash pad at Lake Charter Township park about a block from the house, and you don't want to miss the massive sand dunes at Warren Dunes State Park.
The entertainment room and hot tub are to die for! Enjoy the evening stargazing in the hot tub, sitting around the fire pit, shooting a game of pool, or just hanging out at the bar in the entertainment room watching your favorite sporting event. There will be a netted gazebo installed by the hot tub this spring.
There are three bedrooms on the main floor, and two bedrooms in the finished basement. There's also a pull out sofa bed in the bonus room, and a queen and king inflatable mattress for extra sleeping options if needed. There are two full bathrooms on the main floor inside of the house, and one located off the entertainment room.
Bridgman has a lot of great restaurants from high end to pizza or burgers, as well as mom and pop diners. Roma's Pizza is the best! I also love the Navajo Bar and Grill. You can sit in the casual bar area or in the fine dining area. They serve everything from burgers to fresh fish, and usually have specials during the week. Hardings local grocery store in within a few miles from the house.

OM IV Hydration & Wellness Center - In house massages or IV Hydration before or after your visit to the wineries? Jamie Murphy is a registered nurse and is available for an in-house massage day for your group, and/or IV Hydration.

Forever Linked Permanent Jewelry - Will do special events and occasions on the property. Very popular for bachelorette parties!

The house has been newly renovated and has been available on another platform, so we are new to VRBO.

Our stay was amazing! House was perfect! Had lots of room for socializing with lots of family. We were there for a family wedding and had a great stay and great location to visit the beach. Great time.

Everything was clean. Talking to owners was very easy and they were willing to help me with a small problem,which was my doing. The adults were all quite happy but the kids had a wonderful time. You have a great rental and would like to return some time.

Great place for a few families

We rented this over a holiday weekend. There were 5 families and we were not crowded. The big room was perfect for all of us to hang out and not feel like we were on top of us. Close to Warren Dunes and other cute cities. Owner responded promptly to recheck in questions.
