“Thirteen of us stayed very comfortably at this home. Plenty of room for kids to play upstairs while adults were together downstairs or by the fire. Wide range of age appropriate games and toys for everyone. The beach was amazing and just a quick drive down the road. We scooted over to NH for tubing down the Saco River one day.
