BEDDING CONFIGURATIONS
Bedroom 1: located on the ground floor is one of 2 master bedrooms, featuring a King bed made with quality bed linen and a private ensuite.
Bedroom 2 3: Located on level one, each with a queen bed made with quality bed linen.
Bedroom 4: Located on the upper level, the larger of the master suites it features a king bed made with quality bed linen and private ensuite inclusive of a freestanding bathtub.

-Two living areas both equipped with a Smart TV-Upper Level master suite equipped with a Smart TV-Fully equipped kitchen with Bosch appliances and an extensive range of cutlery crockery-Nespresso pod coffee machine with a supply of local 'Emme Mac Black' pods-Premium 'Leif' body products-'T2' tea supply-WIFI-Full Laundry (incl washer, dryer ironing facilities)-Reverse cycle air-conditioning-Wood fire place (wood supplied)-Bathtub (one in upper master suite one in main bathroom on level one)-Double car garage

CANCELLATION POLICY
2.1 In the event of a Natural Disaster or Government orders including but not limited to weather, illness, flight cancellation, major utility outages or lockdowns that result in cancellation of a booking held our standard cancellation policy applies. It is the guests responsibility to obtain DOMESTIC TRAVEL INSURANCE to cover them for such events. By booking with Haus and Heim Accommodation the guest acknowledges the risk of a Natural Disaster or Government orders occurring with little to no notice and accepts the cancellation policy in full. We recommend all guests obtain TRAVEL INSURANCE. Our standard cancellation policy is as follows.2.2 Bookings cancelled, 30 days or more prior to the arrival date, will receive a full refund (excluding the credit card fees).2.3 Bookings cancelled, within 29-14 days prior to the arrival date, will forfeit 50% of the total booking fee (excluding the credit card fees).2.4 Bookings cancelled within 14 days of the arrival date, will not receive a refund.
