“The positives- nice neighborhood and excellent communications with owner. She was very responsive and gave recommendations for restaurants in the area. I felt it wasn’t super clean. The outdoor area definitely needs some tlc. We planned to use the sleeper sofa but it was full of crumbs and not at all a comfortable bed for an adult. The tv in bedroom did not work, but didn’t bother us too much as we were basically there to sleep. ”

“We enjoyed the game room and the backyard. The keypad on the front door made access easy for everyone in our group. Parking was plentiful, the kitchen was well supplied. The big dining table was awesome. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks for hosting. Mary”

“Several (adult) family members were gathering to celebrate some family birthdays. The home met expectations and was clean. We didn’t use the hot tub but it was on and ready. We were there during a holiday weekend and messaging through the VRBO app was a bit slow but texting worked much better. Very nice suburban neighborhood and met one friendly neighbor who took pictures for us. We would definitely rent this property again.”

“Nice house in quiet neighborhood ”

“This is the second time we’ve stayed here and it won’t be the last. The property is clean, well located, and well appointed. The ability to wash and dry laundry if necessary, as well as cook if wished, are huge draws. You will hear trains passing, but you quickly get used to them, and the white noise machines help ameliorate the noise at night as well. We highly recommend the location.”

“Great option for Ann Arbor. Easy check-in with door code. Fully equipped kitchen with K-cups for coffee convenience. Nice to have 2 full bathrooms. TV has an infinite amount of channels. Plenty of off street parking. We did not use the gas grill but it was available. Kids loved park with playground equipment and basketball court about 50 yards from the house.”

“We were in town for our daughter's white coat ceremony for medical school. We were only 12 minutes from all the activities on campus, but the house was like a quiet oasis to retreat to afterwards. The host has thought of everything you could need. Check in was a breeze. Host was very communicative. I highly recommend this property! ”
