“For the dollar value, off season rate, it was a great deal. At first glance it is beautiful and the room was impressive with all its lights lit up. But the shock and awe stops there. It was freezing cold, the temperature was 65 degrees not just in the room but in the main common areas as well. I turned on the heat pump, and the fireplace and after an hour I had to call and as for the heat to be turned up. The heat pump was installed in the worst place, with a wall opposite it about 2 feet away,...

“Lovely spot if you don't need accessible features like a ramp. Parking was difficult to find the overflow lot. Needs better signage. Otherwise absolutely lovely and close to everything we needed.”

Which added to just under $600 can for two nights . Laundry facilities was on QRCode only Which as a senior didnt know how to use.. we got help from front desk but couldnt load it on my phone. So she offered to do it for me ...which helped us greatly ...staff was very good .also I would have liked a place to have a relaxing...
