Hotel vicino a Briones Park - Orinda

“The hotel is clean, quite far from San Francisco, and has few dining options nearby. The rooms were large but, despite the double glazing, too noisy if facing the road. Breakfast was very poor no matter what time you arrived. The water pressure in both the sink and the shower was very low. Not recommended for more than one night.”

“Everything was great, besides the room cards kept having issues and we would have to keep going to get them reset. Since this property requires cards to be used for pretty much every entrance and elevator is was a hassle. Besides that everything was good.”

“This was such a great lil hotel on the main strip and perfect to get you to your destinations. I appreciate the valet parking and helpful staff. I felt welcomed and safe. I'll definitely be back. Also the bed and pillows are to die for! Super comfy.”

“Incompetent personnel at guest services/check-in. Blatant lies about hotel policies - when called out for it, person in front cited, "there's more fine print." Either train the employees better or find someone who can make decisions, use common sense, and hopefully put 2 and 2 together. Overall, the property looks nice but don't be fooled. “The room was ok. It was hot out and the staff did not turn the ac on, so after walking and sweating, we had to wait a while for a comfortable room temperature. The bathroom had a barn door that slid but did not actually offer privacy. The place is fine if you absolutely need to be in this area. I would not pay what I paid to stay there again.
