“Room was very well presented and had everything my elderly mother needed during her stay. It was easy to access from the car park.
Only issue is the air conditioning unit didn't always work very well. If we had the fan up high it would make a vibrating sound. Perhaps a service may be required?
Other than that. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially, the cleaners who went above and beyond to ensure my mother had everything she needed when they came to service the room.
