“Location is great, grounds of property are lovely but rooms are run down. The couch was it itchy and gross. Lots of hair and dirty walls. Everything needs a good scrub especially the furniture. I ended up putting a blanket over the couch because it was so nasty. Blanket in cupboard also needed a wash but was better than the couch.”

“We booked and paid extra for 1 child with 2 adults. We booked a King bed. What we got was no pull out bed for our child and two single beds jammed together disguised as a King bed. The beds equated to roughly 185cm by 172cm which is well short of Australian standards of what a king bed is. We paid an extra $70-$80 for our child to stay with us. With no pull out bed, she was left to sleep on the couch and eventually moved to the floor which was uncomfortable. No bed sheets or extra towel was...
