“The room was very average and didnt align with pictures on the site. The room was very dated and unclean. The bed was terribly firm and you could feel the springs. The pillows were lumpy. The airconditioner was loud and the direction vents didnt work properly. There was a lack any comfortable chairs to sit on, only hard plastic dining chairs. The only positive was its close location to the hospital. ”

“Suited my needs for Airport/Cruise ports. Close to Southbank so I had plenty to do in my spare time. Hotel was a little hard to find as on foot and confusing with 2 with same name in close radius. Nice touch was good coffee at reception.”

“The kitchen has a microwave, fridge, hot water kettle and dishes. The room was clean and also had a washer/dryer in the bathroom which I loved. We checked in after hours and had limited interaction with the staff but the few times they were friendly. The only thing that I noticed that could have been better is the carpet in the hallway from the elevator to our room appeared to have not been vacuumed while we were there.
