“De Vere Tortworth Court is a beautiful and unique mansion, completely surrounded by nature, built over 170 years ago. We came to visit the Cotswolds, and this accommodation worked out quite well (it is a 40 mins-1h drive from the main villages). Things I loved: All the shared areas are well kept and organized, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good as well as the bistro and the cocktail bar in the library room. Penhalingon's products in the bathrooms Plenty of free parking...

“Lovely hotel and facilities, the staff are very welcoming and accommodating without a snobby mindset. However, the parking charges were a bit of a surprise on arrival, although this can be got around by parking at the golf academy carpark (free) with a courtesy minibus ride back to the hotel itself. The rooms are perfectly fine, but a bit tired for a 5* hotel. We would be very happy to make a return visit anytime!”
