“This is always our go to place to stay up in Green Bay. The hotel is always clean, comfortable, and the staff is great. There is a lot of parking and the breakfast is awesome.”

“Yes, very good selection for a continental breakfast. Coffee was always hot and fresh all day long.”

“The room was clean and a nice size. The hotel was really nice and in a great location. Only issue we had was there was no food for breakfast. All the hot food was gone. We were down there for 40 mins and nothing was ever restocked. We had to ask for milk for the cereal which was all we really were able to get that morning. It was rather disappointing. Overall we were happy with our stay. ”

“Ok place for one nights stay. Pool was OK, but there was no towels. There was no shampoo in the bathroom. Or any towel racks to hang your towels on once you use them not one. They were renovating the second floor. Which does happen I realize. Asked for the first floor because of handicap and they said there wasn’t any first floors due to construction, but I seen people staying on the first floor. It was hard to get around in the very small elevator. ”

“Awful. Arrived 45 minutes early and was told no rooms were clean to check in, desk agent was incredibly rude. I get back at check in time and now there’s another desk person who tells me my reservation was cancelled (it was nonrefundable). The first desk person cancelled my entire nonrefundable reservation without my permission or me asking him to do so whatsoever! Other guy apologizes and gets me a room, I haul all my things to the second floor and down to the very last room and theres a...

“I was there for two overnights… they did not clean my room or bring clean towels. I didn’t return to my room until late the second night. And did not have clean towels, no coffee, and the trash was not emptied. The hot tub was out of commission ~ and I asked about that when booking. ”

“My son loved the perfect round fried eggs. He always looks forward to the breakfast part of the stay. I'm so glad that he is easy to please. It was a little busy at the pool but the time spent there was enjoyable.”

“The continental breakfast was good! Eggs, sausage & Biscuits! Loved the bread, bagel selection. Bed was very comfty, blankets were soft. Did not like the shower pressure but the shower products, Dove brand, were nice . Staff , TJ, was very friendly. ”

“Comfortable bed. Poor shower lighting. Windows not clean. Main level areas = Hallway floors not clean. Lots of glass requires cleaning. Elevators, too. Liked the hot tub but the pool area was cluttered...hoses laying about in the walking areas making for trip hazard. Fitness room thumbs-up!”
