“I really enjoyed this hotel. The staff were great and helpful and the property was nice and clean. They do not have a full restaurant, but there are plenty of restaurant options that are close by. I would come back again the next time I visit the area”

“I was there for two overnights… they did not clean my room or bring clean towels. I didn’t return to my room until late the second night. And did not have clean towels, no coffee, and the trash was not emptied. The hot tub was out of commission ~ and I asked about that when booking. ”

“Ok place for one nights stay. Pool was OK, but there was no towels. There was no shampoo in the bathroom. Or any towel racks to hang your towels on once you use them not one. They were renovating the second floor. Which does happen I realize. Asked for the first floor because of handicap and they said there wasn’t any first floors due to construction, but I seen people staying on the first floor. It was hard to get around in the very small elevator. ”

“I didn’t complain since our time was limited there, but in our room our floor seemed very damp and almost sticky. Our bathroom was pretty dirty. And my biggest complaint is that our bed had a mattress that obviously needed to be replaced it was completely concave, it went down a lot in the middle. It was horribly uncomfortable to sleep on. My kids enjoy the waterpark though, but it has went downhill since it first opened. ”

“I was overcharged. My reaercation stayed one night and was charged way more than it should of been. My reservation was March 14th to 15th. ”

“The continental breakfast was good! Eggs, sausage & Biscuits! Loved the bread, bagel selection. Bed was very comfty, blankets were soft. Did not like the shower pressure but the shower products, Dove brand, were nice . Staff , TJ, was very friendly. ”
