“I was incredibly impressed with this hotel. The value for money was excellent. I booked a family room for five of us (3 kids) - which in itself is unusual to be able to fit 5 in one room! - when we were visiting Paulton Park. “Wonderful relaxing experience ”

“The room we stayed in was very dirty, hairs all over the bathroom sink and marks on the walls. Found a false nail on the window sill. The furnishings were worn and damaged. We ended up moving rooms because it was so dirty. The property is very dated and you could hear everything in the rooms above and next to us. The hot tub needed to be cleaned and the water was not hot. The pool was ok!”
