“The carpet in our room had not been vacuumed, there were food crumbs on the floor. We wanted to check in 15 minutes early and were charged 15 pounds. I felt that was a little high of a charge for 15 minutes. ”

“We had a wonderful experience at The Mortimer’s Arms. If you are visiting Paultons Park/Peppa Pig World, the location is unbeatable (within walking distance). The hotel is exceptionally dog-friendly. They provided a water bowl, treats, and a toy for our dog, which was such a lovely gesture. The rooms are spacious and high-end; we easily fit a large dog crate in the room with plenty of floor space to spare. The complimentary breakfast was high quality and delicious. “Lovely pub and restaurant with well appointed rooms adjoining. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room decor was Scandi-style - very attractive as well as sufficiently comfortable. Lovely view over the garden and beyond to the woods from my room window.”
