“Didn’t use any amenities. Breakfast was ok at best. They didn’t make our bed or provide fresh towels. Went to front desk to discuss. Was told that we should have been told at check in that unless we asked they don’t enter room during our stay. We didn’t tell us. She did give me fresh towels. It was graduation weekend and we paid over $400 per night for two nights. They should have made our bed! Place needs a refresh! ”
