“Beautiful property with excellent amenities (new appliances and bathrooms). Deck chairs were a bit old but everything else was perfect. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking for a family. Home is steps off hwy 9 but it was still amazing and a great location to get to lots of beautiful redwood park’s and Santa Cruz boardwalk and wharf.”

“When we went to the place we had issues finding our way to enter the property the landlord was able to give me some information about how to get in. The she mentioned she forgot to clean the place. We got in and found used towels all around with weird smell. The places wasn’t cleared.
