“FYI the pet fee is 15.00 per dog/cat per night and not 10.00 as stated on Expedia's site under the Hotel info. Thought still reasonable, Expedia needs to update there site.”

“Pool slide was broken no one mentioned it until arrival, biggest reason for booking...
Had the verdant thermostat's which couldn't be changed front desk tried to call maintenance no response from them. Ended up getting the window to open for cool air. Too be fair the staff on duty did try to help but couldn't due to lack of knowledge”

“The whole hotel smelled weird. Our room was gross. The bathroom was disgusting and there were holes in the walls in our room. The pool is shut down, so we couldn’t use the water park. It’s been down since January 5th. Very disappointed with how much we spent vs what we got. ”
