Hotel vicino a Brookside Greenway - Kansas City

“This hotel has gone down hill. Moldy smelling rooms. Holes in the carpet and curtains. Room doors that wouldn’t close all the way.”

“The room reaked of cigarette smoke, it was sketchy, dirty and the chair that was in the room looked like something out of a crack house. There was an old couch in the corridor. We didn't stay and are waiting for a full refund”

“Cleanliness: The room was not properly cleaned prior to arrival. There was visible dust on the surfaces, and the bathroom lacked basic sanitation. Maintenance & Noise: The room suffered from poor soundproofing, making it difficult to sleep. I expected a much higher standard for the price paid. I recommend the management review their housekeeping and staff training protocols. I will not be returning to this property.”

“Room clean, quiet, good bed. Only complaint : Air conditioning either blowing freezing air on bed, or when cycles off, the room gets too hot quickly. Great breakfasts! Convenient location.”

“The room was clean and quiet. We had a good sleep. It would have been nice to have a working bathroom fan. It got very steamy while showering. The coffee and breakfast were not very good. The staff was kind and friendly, but it would have been nice to have a bell at the counter at check in because we had to wait for someone to show up for a minute or two when we were checking in. Overall, good stay!”

“The staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms were ok, but don’t look like the pictures on the site. It was ok just to have a place to come and sleep for the price and that I could bring my small dog. There wasn’t a pool, which is listed as an amenity. If there was a free breakfast I wasn’t ever aware of it. The beds are comfortable. For the price I would stay here again.”

“I am shocked at how high of stars this hotel had when it is average at best. The hotel is a whole complex which was difficult to navigate and even find the hotel. It is on a beautiful property, but the beds feel like you’re laying on cheap plastic and the breakfast is disappointing. (No waffle maker, which is always what I’m looking for at hotel breakfast). Overall it was a fine overnight but certainly does not deserve the excellent rating listed. Okay at best”
