Hotel vicino a Memorial Park - Kansas City

“I enjoyed the variety of the breakfast buffet. I was there four days and enjoyed each day. Today’s scrambled eggs and bacon, plus the mini-waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt, juice, and coffee filled me up. The only downside for me was the site wide air freshener. Too strong for me!”

“Room was clean and looked great. Tissues were designed at the top beautifully like a flower but hated the thought of putting something on my face someone already touched on. Breakfast was good Saturday but they were so packed that on Sunday it was sparse. Pool was warm but dirty in the bottom. I would give it another shot if the rate was cheaper. ”

“I arrived after 3 and my room was not ready, not a big deal so they can make sure it’s clean. It wasn’t. There was a penny and all kinds of debris around the toilet, brown smears on the wall near the toilet paper, parts of the wall and shower were coming off onto the floor. They advertised they had a gym, which was why I booked it, and it’s completely gone. I have kindly requested a refund and have not heard anything back. ”

“This place was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. We had to change rooms due to uncleanness. Overly stained carpet, rips and tears in the furnishings, poor dusting, stained towels. We were given another room with less stains on the carpet but still stained. Stains on the furnishings, bed frame full of dust, dingy stained towels, thank God I had brought my own. The microwave was filthy and full of dust on the outside. I was told I'd get another one, that didn't come until the day before leaving...

“Upon arriving at the Confort inn for our stay we arrived in our room. Tried to turn on the tv and nothing worked. We went to the front desk for batteries assuming that was the issue but come to find out the tv was unplugged and the power cord wasn’t plugged in once the staff came up to help. After the staff came up to help us we discovered the lock on our door also wasn’t working and the hotel staff had no solution for us. We arrived at the hotel around midnight due to traveling and really had...

“Parking was very tight because there was a lot of workers and trucks and we also had an F150. The trucks aren't the problem as much as the parking lot is a bit small. But everyone is mindful of everyones vehicles and respects the property and the owner is very accommodating and considerate. ”
