“Staff was amazing ”

“While the staff were nice, the room has mold on the curtains but they claimed it was from water from the AC. There were no night stands to put belongings and the hot water did not work in the shower. ”

“Room was spotless and very nice but shade was broken and wouldn't close so the room was hard to sleep in with the city lights. They offer d to fix it but didn't want someone coming to the room before bed. Amazing location for a show at chubb and wandering the city. Breakfast was pretty terrible- cold eggs, and basically continental. Was hoping for more from a hotel like this. ”

“All the rooms smelled like cigarettes, we asked twice to switch rooms . The bathrooms werent very clean and they had ants. ”

“We went for pool and hot tub. They did not disappoint. The pools a bit small but no one else was there so it was perfect. Just wish there was a changing room for it.”

“I booked this room to take my grandkids swimming. No idea that the pool was being worked on and closed. They wouldn’t cancel my reservation and neither would Expedia. Robbery. ”

“Wow, I loved the place; it was very clean and organized. It's a great place to relax and get away from it all for a while. I had an unforgettable night. I plan to return again to find that peace and tranquility I felt while I stayed there. Thank You So Much.”

“Room and bathroom were great; bed / pillows so comfortable; love the robes. Breakfast had just the right amount of variety / selections. Elevator was not working but we were ok with stairs. It had been not working in our December visit either. ”

“Basically this is one of the nicest places we've ever stayed and this is our second time staying there. The rooms are immaculate everything's immaculate which is kind of one of the reasons. Why is because the place is brand spanking new.Chris Viude has some of the best food in the area hands down?. He changed his menu seasonally so now we're getting close to spring so the menu will be changing quite a bit for the spring so we look forward to coming up for that as well too. The prices right now...
