“No one was available at the desk from 9pm on. Our shower rod fell down and no one was around to assist. We waited I til morning and no one was at the desk at 9am. We left, no shower. No closet, hangers, iron, hair dryer. Towels were of poor quality.”

“Casa coloniale del 1880, conserva lo stile e l'eleganza del tempo. Bellissima la camera, enorme e con un letto king size ultra comodo. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibili. Ottima posizione per visitare le White Mountains e la regione dei laghi.”

“Staff were very friendly. Unfortunately the exterior doors didn’t lock, and back entrance could have used some love. The shower was hard to operate and on our second day we couldn’t get the hot water to work.”

“It’s very cool. It’s small though just fyi, two people bump into each other, that isn’t a defect, just make sure you go with someone you like. The shower is nice, multiple settings for the shower heat, nice hot water. The mattress is firm, very big bed. Parking right out front. Camp Fire, there’s a grill already there. Cabinet space, the fridge is small but works well. Bring your own ice. Overall a very unique experience.”

“Temperature in room felt stale. When air conditioner was on, it smelt like cigarettes. The fridge was frozen over and not working. There were long and short hairs in the shower not belonging to any”

“Great classic hotel, with friendly/helpful staff. Would stay again for sure. Minor issues: there were a couple of spots of dark mold in the corner of the walk-in shower. A bit of bleach, etc, could take care of that. Also, the furniture on our balcony was covered in a thick layer of dust/pollen. We asked that someone vacuum it and someone on staff told the front desk that they'd done it, but the balcony was never touched.”

“The room was very nice. We did not receive maid service as promised every two days. I did not like that the fan and light in bathroom are combined. Fam is very loud. A big issue if getting up at night to use bathroom and can be very disturbing to the other guest. Overall good stay and definitely enjoyed the breakfast!!”
