“Rooms need modernisation ”

“On the street parking is difficult. I wouldn’t recommend it as you have to move every couple hours. As for parking on site - this needs to be prearranged and then is quite expensive. I definitely think Uber or public transport is the best option. The king superior room with a balcony was just the best thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was extra. The shops within an easy walking and having the beach directly across the road was the biggest bonus. The staff were amazing and very helpful and...

“Lovely quiet setting close to Manly. Perfect getaway location in Sydney. Buffet breakfast was great value. Great to learn about the history of this place.”

“The view and location right at the beach were fantastic. Very easy to walk around. Restaurants, pubs, and shops, and acces to walks were all close by. Still and sparkling water is available to fill your water bottle. The room could have been cleaner with a little vacuum on the rug, otherwise no complaints. I would stay here again. ”

“Excellent place to stay, reception ladies are so sweet & very nice & helpful. We had a studio for the night. Very clean & tidy. Recommend this place, bed was so comfortable, had the main essentials( Kettle,Plates,Cups,Cutlery,Bar fridge,Iron etc..) Close to all essentials Shops, Beach, Pubs. Checkout- we could leave our gears in a storeroom pickup before 6pm closing, good for last minute shopping etc. Parking was the same as well. No parking on site. “This room was not as described! It was 2 blocks from beach so no view at all. The apartment was old and very dated with cheap furniture with extremely uncomfortable beds. Only has air conditioning in the kitchen area with none in the bedroom. It is extremely noisy as people sit in front of the apartment and talk all day long. Also construction going on so more noise plus junk piled up in the street. The tv has no cable or internet and antennae did not work well. Very disappointed. ”

“I really feel like I'm outside Sydney it feels like a sanctuary retreat with such close distance from city centre. The staff are so friendly and kind to us. Accomodating to my husband's need whose mobility is such a challenge. Fresh air, zoo tours are such wonderful experience! We could also admire the Koala just right outside the windows from our hotel room.”

“Location is convenient. Parking was difficult to find and negotiate. Studio was clean and spacious but a lounge would have been good. Option for beds listed king or 2 large single. We got 2 small singles. Parking fee was expensive ”
