“The property was clean and well put together! As described in the listing. If I had to change anything, I’d have the lawn done before guests arrive, fixed the smallish cut in the front door screen so bugs couldn’t get in and had a cutting board available. Minor things. Really though, a nice little place. We’d stay again!”

“We were in town for the birth of my granddaughter. This place was a 5 minute drive to the hospital. The house was exactly as described. It had everything we needed. ”

“My husband and I stayed at this property while visiting our daughter who attends Miami. About a 22 minute scenic drive to Oxford. Property was super clean and accommodating. Made a few home cooked dinners for our daughter and played Galaga in the game room. Loved having two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Would highly recommend.”

“The pictures are spot on. It is just as clean and well decorated as listed. The whole space has been updated. We had a group of 6 and fit comfortably. The kitchen is equipped with clean and new cookware perfect to make vacation style meals. It has a decent counter space to serve. The space is comfortable and is one of the cleanest rentals we have had. Nice little outdoor space. The owner is wonderful and knows history of the area if interested and great restaurant recommendations.”

“Great location with easy, walkable access to local coffee, restaurants, breweries, etc. It's an old house that has been wonderfully renovated and yet maintains much of the original feel. Host was very responsive to questions. We'd absolutely stay there again.”

“This property was a perfect spot and great price for our stay during the Spooky Nook tournament this weekend. The location is amazing (five minute drive) and the property had everything we needed (stocked kitchen including cold water bottles, great washer/dryer combo and comfy bed). We would definitely stay here again.”

“Great location so close to the best restaurants in town. The small touches made all the difference, like coffee creamer/sweetener, game room, comfy furniture and really fun decorating! If you want a fun night on the town or you are in Hamilton for an event at spooky nook you should strongly consider this house!! ”

“Two bedrooms, and basically an upstairs apartment. Wide open kitchen and dining area was fun for eating and hanging out at night. Check in/out was easier than most, and there was plenty towels, which is not always the case. Twice my wife and I had drinks on the little porch off the bedroom after the sun went down. Fun places in Hamilton are easy walks. We would stay here again without question. ”
