“We found cockroaches in our room ”

“Breakfest area sticky everywhere, tables, counters, floor. Room airconditioner so loud you can not slip, like some plastic bag get caught and was resonating. Toiled flush tank was not filling with water, we had to use bucket.”

When we checked in the 2nd time, first time room was not ready, was told they had a broken water pipe so did not have water for a few hours. around midnight some one was gunning their car to make it back fire and then around 2:15 AM some men decided to chat in the hall way till around 3AM. So did not have a very restful sleep ”

“The staff was so kind and the room was very clean and orderly. We also loved the breakfast! However, upon arrival, the front desk staff gave us very clear rules about not smoking on the property (which we don’t smoke, so we were fine with) However, when we got to our room, it clearly smelled of cigarette smoke.
