“Ask for a room on the opposite side of the highway. It’s worth the extra bit of money. Kelowna traffic is relentless and all hours. Sound carries in through the room.”

“This hotel was difficult to find. Not what you need after a full day of travel…it needs better signage and to be updated on Google Maps, as it takes you to the dealership behind the hotel. It is tucked in and very well hidden. The parking is at the motel across from the hotel but we had no trouble finding a spot. Once you find it though, the hotel is a very nice. Everything looks new and very clean. The staff was great! ”

“This place is very run down. I did not feel safe, property is poorly lit at night. I do not recommend this place. Do not be fooled by the pictures on line. ”

“Room was clean, but very tired, dark and dated. Paint peeling off ceiling in bathroom. Grouting and caulking was dirty or damage around tub. Also, noise travels very easily.”

“This place was not ready to be open. They had nothing in the room, no chairs no proper phone. They don’t even have a duvet cover. They just use two top sheets with the duvet in between there was no hot water all the amenities pool fitness centre are shut down and they didn’t let you know that also I was the only one staying in the whole hotel with one other worker the vibes were horrible. I ended up leaving at 9:30 PM.”
