“Dirty”

“We were charged an extra 90 dollars. Customer service is terrible and not friendly at all”

“Bugs in room, stains all over carpets in hallways, smelled bad, fire alarm went off at 8 am. ”

“This property is in a unique location tucked off the interstate behind a truckstop and a motel. Navigation may try to take you through the truckstop parking lot, which was blocked by 18 wheelers. Once you get to the hotel, it is very nice inside. My only complaint was the coffee machine only had decaf coffee for our 6:30 AM departure. The person on staff was sitting in the lounge on her cell phone rather than making sure everything was prepared for their breakfast. The hotel itself was very...

“Room was clean and great. Needs electrical checked tho. Some outlets may need to be replaced. Staff was wonderful. Greeted us everytime we walked in. Air conditioning was great. Kept cool all night. Used heat some. Worked great too. Didnt eat breakfast there bc son wanted BoJangles. Otherwise would have.”

“This was a terrible place to stay: we’d already paid for our stay and would have left if able. It took 4 days to get our sink to drain. The shower water pressure was very weak and it did not get repaired until day 4 of our stay. Found someone’s socks on a chair. Pool in disrepair and could not be used. Good coffee and breakfast. Staff was pleasant but unable to get fix-it staff to help with bathroom repairs. Do not recommend this hotel!!”
