“Great spot to be close to school and not as high priced. There are nicer hotels, but they are 30 minutes at least from Presby. Looks dated and old on outside, inside is clean and gets you a nice night and breakfast. ”

“Beautiful property. My only issue was the lack of hot water and water pressure. The water wasn't cold but was more warm. Also, the front doors doesn't slide open so getting suitcases through can be a challenge. Other than that, everything was smooth, clean and comfortable. ”

The only negative I have was in order to join WiFi, you have be a member of Hilton Honors or Diamond club. I feel that WiFi should be a basic amenity just like having a TV in the room. ”
