“What a cool studio. It was very comfortable and had a great feel to it overall.The only thing that held it back for me was the patio and outdoor furniture. I really wanted to spend time outside, especially with how nice the setting is, but everything felt pretty grimy. A good power wash would go a long way. “Property is dirty, I had to scrub the bathroom to use it. Paint is peeling off the ceiling and walls are so dirty there is hair stuck to the dirt. Kitchen cabinets were filthy, kitchen does not have proper items. Internet that is needed do to location is spotty. Bathroom in basement was just as dirty, we didn’t use it. “Neighborhood and location were excellent. Nice fenced in back yard for the dogs. Small charcole grill so we didn't use it. Deck could use attention so we didn't use it either. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Communication with the host was very good.”
