“I would 100% recommend. The trailer is super cozy & has everything you need. Both the bed & futon are super comfy. The best part is the pond. It is such a peaceful lil place to take a breather & break from the hustle. It has a constant flow of water going through & it was so calming. We brought the dogs and they loved it as well. “Great location with a very nice remodel of an old home. Kitchen and bedrooms are very nice. Back yard is a great outdoor gathering place, even though it was too cold for that during our stay. People with mobility issues should be aware there are some step downs, as this is one of the older original houses (I used to walk by this house in the early '60's, and it wasn't a new house then.). The host was quick to respond to my questions. We had a great stay and I would stay here again!”

“Perfect place for our get together. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Probably the cleanest vrbo that I have ever stayed in. It had everything that we needed, except that I would have loved a tv in each bedroom. On the minus side, the paintwork in the bathrooms needs a little attention. These are minor issues though because we had a great stay.”

“What a lovely place! This house is charming and well equipped! As a previous owner of a lodge, this place meets high standards! We were there for a wedding in Grass Valley and was close to shopping and to restaurants. The beautiful outback patio was wonderful to sip coffee that was very well equipped also. Beds comfy, bathrooms roomy. Overall our stay was great! You will be our go to if we head that way again! Thank you for a pleasant stay!”

“Overall wonderful. Great location with some traffic noise from the freeway across the yard. Some foot traffic noise above us upstairs. Maybe slippers are in order to reduce the noise. Both times we stayed here the bathroom tub has a very slow drain. This time, the towels were rough, just in from hanging outdoors. Soft and cushy is best. We love the lighting in the yard and fairy light projection touch!”

“This house was great! Nicely furnished, warm, cozy, but big and spacious too, with basically two living rooms, each with a fire place. Plenty of room, fantastic kitchen, wish we had had more time to cook some lovely meals. Easy to get to and locate, still close enough to Nevada City, but felt like we were secluded even though on a neighborhood road. House had everything we needed and was peaceful. Amazing home and we would choose this house to stay again next time we are in the area for sure!”
