“We were in town for a wedding and spent one night at the Hamilton house inn. Our room was, clean, comfortable and extremely quiet. Shawn cooked us French toast, sausage, and grits for breakfast. It was delicious. If we ever return to Monroe, we will stay again. 5 stars!”

“Never returned my incedental money”

“Property is under renovation and there is a great deal of dust and noise. Parking lot is full of construction materials and equipment. Noise started early in the morning with no warning or concern from the staff. Room was missing minimal amenities including facial tissue, no body wash in the shower, No thermostat for the AC so you have to get up in the night to turn it on and off depending on temperature you want. “Trash all over parking lot. Stained carpet. Domestic violence in parking lot. Maybe a gun shot and a speeding car escaped. Really terrible experience. The owner of comfort suites should do a health check.we didn’t stay for breakfast or leave our room.”

“The hotel is extremely clean. Breakfast was great with a lot of options. I did not use the gym but there seems to be adequate equipment and was clean as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful. ”

The bottom of our door was a big space where you can tell when people were walking by and could easily hear our conversation. The bathroom was small a portion of the lower wall was rotted. Stayed three nights and not once did we receive room service. The iron did not work and neither did the charging stations...
