“Clean room, comfortable beds. Brent was our checkin host and he was an amazing customer service person thoroughly explaining where everything was in hotel and hours available. Usual good hot breakfast included. Several great restaurants within walking distance--basically across the parking lot.”

“The property was not as shown on website. The rooms had a bad smell. The beds need to thrown away along with the rest of the furniture. The fire dectors in one the room hanging of the wall. The staffing was unprofessional with there appearance. Clean that building up and you can get better businesses. Nasty! Nasty!”

“When we arrived, there were problems with the room and the staff that was on the premises did what they could to fix things. We were booked to stay two nights so we spoke with the manager the next morning and while we were out, he got everything fixed. The Western Inn is a family owned hotel and they are in the process of renovating. From what we have seen, they are doing a great job. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are a nice size. “Breakfast was sparse and had to ask for items-bathtub needs refurbishing-sink and shower water was yellow last night and again this morning even after running for a while. Plenty of hot water in room. Beds very comfortable and ac worked fine. No elevator and carpet on steps needed vacuuming. TV did not work which was disappointing!”

“The receptionist lady is very kind and helpful. Coffee was made as promised. All ice machines were broken except for the one on the 5th floor. I had to ask about the whereabouts of the one that worked.”
