I was offered no refund for failure to provide and essential service. I was offered points but we do not use this program, we paid in full, not points. ”

“When I got to rodeway inn I was happy every time I go there Ron is in the front desk he always looks out for me I had a problem with my room the date went to the wrong date I could not get it fixed with Expedia the owner and Ron fixed it for me and got my room for me my room was clean it was quiet it was convenient I was close to the interstate close to the casino close to food they sell Coca-Cola's and with Waters in the front there's a store across the street the friendliness is worth it will...

“When we arrived, there were problems with the room and the staff that was on the premises did what they could to fix things. We were booked to stay two nights so we spoke with the manager the next morning and while we were out, he got everything fixed. “Bathroom in our room had what appeared to be mold growing on the ceiling, wall and back of the door. The microwave in our room did not have a microwave plate and our room smelled like dirty feet the entire time. The only time anyone was ever at the desk was early mornings or late nights otherwise there was a sign stating they were busy helping another guest the whole time.”

“Parking is angled both sides making backing out to leave a challenge. Pool had not been cleaned yet and prepped for warmer weather. The HVAC system worked great. Room overall same as pictures. Cleanliness' needs some work as there was dirt on the floor between the desk and dresser. Also, the surfaces had a dusty gritty feel to them. The microwave was basically unusable due to peeling coating and turntable was rusty and didn't turn. Lamp shaded by the bed had a sticky substance on them....
