“Loved the indoor pool and amenities they had to offer. Even board games you can use if your family gets bored within the hotel. There’s breakfast was light but filling there’s something catered to everyone. Clean rooms, small ant problem but nothing that wasn’t out the normal with ppl leaving their trash outside their doors, it’s pretty common to see. Enjoyed our stay! 10/10! ”
“The property and staff were wonderful! I really appreciated the parking was ample and free. The hotel had a restaurant but we didn’t get to try it. Only negative was my husband did see a live roach in the bedroom part of the suite. We did not have any food nor saw evidence of improper cleaning. Maybe just needs a more routine pest control schedule?
Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. ”
“For whatever reason I was charge circa 300usd extra and they do not respond my messages on hotels.com… I had booked a larger room but informed upon arrival that they had that type of room booked for the first night and therefore I had to be downgraded. Not only I was not offered a reimburse for the night on a lower category room but after checking my account I have been charged extra 287.4$ for no reason. I wrote to the hotel days ago and I still have not received any answer…”
