“This is a poor-quality hotel. The breakfast is terrible definitely a 1-star experience. The worst part is that this is the only Home2 Suites by Hilton I have stayed at with such a disappointing breakfast; all the other Home2 Suites locations have been excellent. The elevator was not working, the bathroom was very small, and the mirror had many handprints on it, which made the room feel unclean. Overall, the property appears to be poorly managed. I would not recommend staying here unless...

“I reserved three rooms at a very reasonable rate. All the rooms were spacious, clean and accommodating. I especially appreciated the walk-in showers as we had two members of our party with a disability. I didn’t partake in the free breakfast, but I was told it was satisfactory Overall,, it’s definitely a worthwhile stay if you need a place in Austin just a little outside some of the busier areas.”

“The rooms were very clean and spacious with good A/c regulation. Staff was nice and helpful, free spring water was provided on check in and out.”

“The king suite was roomy but, was for a disabled person. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut and there was visible mold on our ceiling. In spite of paying a little more for an “upgraded” room it was just a place to sleep.”

“I booked an accessible room with the roll in shower and when I showed up, they did not have a roll in shower available and they had already rented out the I was supposed to have. The front desk was very helpful and trying to find me another room and they said that the room would not be charged to my card, but it still has been and I have not received a refund yet.”
