Hotel a Bryants Store

“Waited half an hour outside the hotel at 1:30am after driving 10 hours to wait for someone to unlock the lobby door and check us in. Then had to wait for the staff to find us a pet-free room even though we had pre-booked a pet-free room. It was noisy and we maybe got 2 hours of sleep. The breakfast was pretty scarce as well, even though we went at 6am as soon as it started. ”

“Nice place in a convienent location. Bathroom had issues, broken toliet seat and really needed a good sweeping. Beds were comfortable with clean linen. But overall, I would stay there again.”

“Got there very late so no time to use hot tub or swimming pool breakfast was okay went to Walmart the morning was extended an extra 30 minutes on checkout due to arriving at 1 am in the morning. Didn't care for all the road construction 🚧”

“Clean hotel but it has no breakfast, and not even a vending machine for soda or snacks. If you only want a room and nothing else then this hotel is fine”

“Nice structure from the outside, they gave us room number 110, a terrible smell, dirty, the bedspread all dirty and greasy, the pillowcases smelled, there was still food residue in the microwave, bottle caps on the floor, dust, insects, the terrible bathroom. the manager of the facility was never found. a terrible experience and we were unable to contact and speak to the manager for a possible refund. very bad.”

“There was NO internet connection and I had business I needed to finish in the evening. The red “you have a message” light was on. When I finally went to the lobby and found someone, he said to disregard the flashing red light (it was still on this morning when I left) and said something about the motel had called someone to fix the internet connection but they hadn’t come! I honestly think the hotel should have returned some of the cost of the room. Is it too late for them to do that? Milton...

“Everything was good, my only complaint is there are no coffee makers in the rooms. Coffee is available in the lobby, but that is not always convenient ”

“The evening receptionist April was very friendly and helpful. The Suburban Suites side of the aged and partially renovated building are intended as long stays but because we only need one bed, we were put in Suburban Suites. The other side is EconoLodge and usually short stays. The room was clean but the hard floors had crumbs or something else on them. The room had a slight smell of old to it but it was clean.
