“Very friendly staff, clean room x ”

“DO NOT STAY HERE!! I checked into The Residency Rooms Liverpool and was met with a terrible smell coming from the toilet, making the room unfit for habitation. I reported this immediately to Expedia, but the hotel was unresponsive and not answering calls from expedia. While Expedia eventually refunded the unused nights, the whole process was extremely stressful, and this property should not be listed on their site without proper checks. Very disappointed and would not recommend.”

“Situated in a quiet location, overlooking a park and water and a short 8 minutes walk from the station. An excellent value and good quality breakfast. Rooms are reasonably priced. Parking available on site. Liverpool city centre is only 20 minutes by train running regularly all day and late into the evening. Staff were all polite, helpful and prompt when dealing with any queries.”

“Really beautiful and cozy place in the centre of Liverpool. The rooms are in Beatles style, quite large and confortable, the shower is very big and comfortable too. Very comfortable bed. Very good breakfast with plenty of choice between full English breakfast and other options. I would definitely return!”

“Family room was very spacious and comfortable. Hotel was immaculate throughout. The owner, Paul, was very attentive and provided us with lots of local insight. Would highly recommend. ”

“Good hotel, recently refurbished, very clean, quiet location and safe, pleasant dining room with good breakfast, good quality for the price. I would not recommend the single rooms with shared Toilets for old people (shower is very small), this is why I noted "confort" average.”

“Clean room, staff were very helpful and smiley. Vu bar has great view, v especially on the balcony and the fish and chips was lovely. Beakfast was buffet and had everything on offer. I also paid extra to have a late check out. Will def stay here again.”
