“Very friendly staff, clean room x ”

“DO NOT STAY HERE!! I checked into The Residency Rooms Liverpool and was met with a terrible smell coming from the toilet, making the room unfit for habitation. I reported this immediately to Expedia, but the hotel was unresponsive and not answering calls from expedia. While Expedia eventually refunded the unused nights, the whole process was extremely stressful, and this property should not be listed on their site without proper checks. Very disappointed and would not recommend.”

“Good hotel, recently refurbished, very clean, quiet location and safe, pleasant dining room with good breakfast, good quality for the price. I would not recommend the single rooms with shared Toilets for old people (shower is very small), this is why I noted "confort" average.”

“Arrived to find the room at 26c and air con broken . Reported it and got back later to find the choice was 26c or whole system off and cold. They left a noisy fan in the room. Obviously not a new issue so didnt get much sleep.Restaurant food quality very poor. Table next to us complained and sent most of theirs back. Tempura is not tempura but fried dried pieces of fish for £16 as a starter . Fish stew had 5 overcooked dried prawns still in their shell and a sauce that tasted like a tin of...

“Everything was great , Evan check during the evening to make sure we’re was ok , help with our luggage (we had a lot) would stay there again if in Waterloo, very clean and large room wi-fi worked well. Was able to get a bus right across the street. Thank you for a wonderful stay”

“Hotel esternamente non proprio carino, dentro però abbastanza ben tenuto. La camera spaziosa, ottimo wi-fi, televisione con possibilità di collegamento a vari canali. Il letto piccolo per due, non è un matrimoniale. Del tutto assenti le pulizie giornaliere. Zona accessibile solo con auto però con parcheggio gratis.”

“Really beautiful and cozy place in the centre of Liverpool. The rooms are in Beatles style, quite large and confortable, the shower is very big and comfortable too. Very comfortable bed. Very good breakfast with plenty of choice between full English breakfast and other options. I would definitely return!”

“Nice clean room, very central location. Only issue is only one lift for 8 floors, and the air con isn't cold enough and the windows don't open.”
