“Room itself was not bad! Bed and bedding was comfortable. Bathroom door right across from bed with frosted glass door woke everyone when light turned on. No room service during 4 day/3 night stay despite signage saying every 2 days. Trash by elevator ignored for over 24 hours. Employee upon check-in trashing company, new computer system, hotel, other rooms occupied when new guests went to room. “The property was under construction with dangerous materials throughout the hallways, strange men coming and going, the smell of marijuana inside, loud bangs all night long, people hanging out in the hall way in the middle of the night. It felt unsafe. I could go on. Fortunately we arrived at night and left first thing in the morning. We skipped showers because it was so gross in the bathroom with moldy grout. We also had to pay a $30 pet “cleaning fee” for our non shedding, very quiet and clean...

“Staff was great. They are doing renovations. The room we had was across from the pool and the door had spacing around it that let in some of the dampness. The air hadn't been in when we got to the room so it exasperated the issue and had a bit of a smell. We were only there for one night before we were hitting the road again the next morning. Staff was super friendly and breakfast was great”
