Don't expect a lot of amenities, but all rooms have sunrise views, direct Lake Michigan access with beach chairs and a boat rental right next door. Almost forgot about the rooms shower, you'll love it!”

“We loved our stay.. Room size was great & we appreciated having a shower without the tub. Parking was very convenient. Our only issue was lack of housekeeping.. Once from May 10-15.. It wasn’t absolutely necessary as there were plenty of towels, but it would have been nice to get creamers for the coffee without grabbing them from the lobby. Would definitely stay again.”

“The rooms have been nicely refurbished. However several details needed attention they are the following: 1. The TV reception is very bad a station would be on then go off for several minutes, come back on only to go black again for several minutes. No point in trying to watch anything. 2. The coffee maker did not work. We tried in several outlets but it did not light. 3. The shower was very difficult to adjust the temp, it was either scalding hot or freezing cold. “I came up for a golf trip at the Arcadia courses and decided to stay here for my visit. The motel was hosting an art retreat which isn’t typically my thing but all the people I talked with were really cool. I talked briefly with the owner when I got there and she was amazing and had a really cool vibe. Would definitely stay again.”
