Good for a last minute trip and pricing wasn’t bad reflecting the hotels condition in my opinion which is fine. Hot tub didn’t really have jets power it was kind of a big bath and the pool was a bit dirty. All over cleanliness could have been better floors in our room were pretty dirty with the swipe of a baby wipe it was brown. ”

“There was chew pouches spit on the wall, and floor my husband cleaned up. I’m glad he seen them before my child. i have pictures as well. The staff were phenomenal during check in but for being the best rated in the area i’d expect better cleanliness. ”

“We had a multi-night stay in Cadillac. Hotel rooms are dated; but they’re currently working on a remodel. The pool room is definitely in need of a renovation- the hand rail on the right side of entering the pool isn’t even attached to the cement anymore. Our shower was not only unclean, but after cleaning it we found out it didn’t drain so they said they would move us to another room with a working shower. We had a lot of stuff and had to move it ourselves and we didn’t get an upgrade or...

One of the biggest advantages was the location — it’s very convenient and close to Crystal Mountain, which made getting to and from the slopes quick and stress-free.
