“The room was very cute, with a cabin type vibe. The bathroom was small, but plenty of space to get ready in front of a mirror. We played the 9 hole golf course, which was fun and more challenging than expected- a hidden gem! The pool and hot tub were both warm and very clean, with a deck area for relaxing. The only caveat was the dining area is only open for breakfast and lunch during the summer months. Not a big deal though since there were so many restaurants around to choose from. We will...

“The hot tub and pool area were really nice! The breakfast place was perfect and even open longer than the hours stated. The staff was friendly and helpful. You can walk to Putt putt and really good Mexican food.! You can walk to the DNR building and see fish and animals. You can walk to the beach at the campground. It’s right where the two lakes meet! Highly recommend!”

“Our room smelled very old and stale. Security lock was broken. Didn’t have sheets or pillows for the pull-out sofa, so I called the front desk twice but there was no answer. Walked to office to get sheets, and staff is friendly. No pillowcases included though. Breakfast was good, better than other continental breakfasts. I booked this place because of the pool for my kids, but pool was closed. Overall not a great experience and wouldn’t come back or recommend.”
