“The room was tiny, bed & 2 seat couch were uncomfortable, no bedside table. Way over priced for what you get. It was clean, very old but clean and housekeeping ladies were lovely. Total disappointment in the room. ”

“Room was absolutely filthy with cobwebs, dust, bugs and spiders. The room has not been cleaned around edges, near furniture or cornices for a very long time. There is mould and mildew in shower that should have been wiped off. Cleaners need to be replaced. Floors were unvaccummed and tiles stained and not cleaned.”

“Lovely place to stay with a view that blew us away …. could see the sea and beautiful coast over Dromana and safety Beach from our bedroom and big outdoor verandah X2 deck chairs ready to soak it all in ! Large comfy couch TV and well equipped kitchen , nice fresh towels ……very comfy thank you ! We enjoyed the beautiful scenic circuit walk around the summit where Eagle chairlift originates just a 10 minute walk away. Easy car park nearby and check in seamless and easy to follow instructions...

“I loved my stay at the Arthur Phillip Motor Inn! It's clean and only about a 15 minute walk to Cowes. The bus stop is a 3 minute walk away. I had no car but I had no issues going to where I wanted to go as long as I worked around the bus schedules. I was able to see the Penguin Parade, the Seal cruise, Smiths Beach, and the Koala Conservation Reserve. The owner was the nicest guy! “A beautiful, fully equipped 2 bedroom hotel apartment with excellent amenities and very clean in a prime position, opposite the beach in Cowes and near the town centre. Staff very friendly. Efficient check in and check out. Definitely recommend.”

“Location was good. Need more utensils and cutlery. We had to go buy a pair of spatula from Coles. Also not a fan of the toilet and bathroom being together, especially when it's a 2 bedroom apartment so you are likely to have 4 ppl staying at the same time. The blinds didn't cover the window fully, there were plenty gap on the side, if you are a light sleeper you gonna be waking up early.
