“El hotel necesita de un buen mantenimiento. Las partes comunes no estan muy limpias tampoco. El piso donde hay la reception es el segundo. El parqueo esta' a 300 mts no es un problemaso pero cuandos tienes maletas tampoco es muy comodo. En el momento que te dan la targueta para salir del parque tienes que firmar un papel que en el caso te olvides de devolverla ellos tienen el derecho de cobrarte 50 Dolares... 50. No se tratan asi los clientes.”

“I love the wave and I am a regular client since 2014 but this time I regret to say the conditions of my room compared to the price asked were not fair at all. the room had a crazy humidity which forced to keep A/C on 24/24... it was not even possible to stand on your feet because of the slippery floor... furniture starts to get creepy because the few years ago renovation was cheap (like the table that was just painted...) ”

“The place is very well located and clean. Bear in mind that parking is an issue! Nothing to do with the hotel but the area. Find parking nearby and then head to the hotel. If you are planning on staying in the area, you won’t need the car. Service was superb, I got all I needed and all questions answered. They are truly committed to good service”

“First off, I would like to say that Ivannie and Jose, we’re very accommodating hosts. Jose was easy to talk to and responded promptly and was always professional. The area was nice. There are a couple of bars, wonderful small restaurants, and a delicious coffee shop that all are in walking distance. We tried about 4 restaurants in the area, and all were great! “Our stay was lovely. The hotel room was rather small but we had a huge deck to ourselves which was very nice - just be sure to bring bug repellent. Breakfast was delicious and i appreciated the 24hr tea and coffee service. Also, they have beach chairs and coolers for your use which is really helpful. ”

“We enjoyed our time at Mare and had a very good experience. The one issue is that what you see in the pictures is not necessarily what you will get and the rooms vary greatly.
